We have extensive experience installing all types of mineral and EPS systems on the market, with projects ranging from Schools and Hospitals, to High Rise Residential and Retail. We often incorporate our commercial cladding services into a package with the SFS, providing our clients with cost savings and single point responsibility for the interfaces and aesthetic detailing.
We have worked closely with one of our key supply chain partners, and are now offering the UK market a Pre-Fabricated Render Cladding system. The Dryvit Fedderlite system was pioneered in the USA, and following extensive testing at BRE, the system is approved for specification in the UK.
SCS are also approved Sto Ventec installers. This is a ventillated rainscreen cladding system that allows the building the breathe, whilst maintaining fire & weather integrity. The Sto Ventec System can be finished with either Render, Stone, Ceramic or Glass, and has the versatility to combine finishes and design details such as tight radius curves on the facade.
We are able to offer "Value Engineered" alternatives to traditional cladding materials. We can produce the effect of stone, granite, wood, brick, ceramic and even metal, but at a lower cost than using the traditional material.
SCS have led the way in the delivery of residential refurbishment projects supported by government subsidies. We have delivered a wide range of schemes for local authorities and clients such as Keepmoat, Wates, Henry Boots, Mears and Willmott Dixon Energy Services.
The SCS Training Facility is destined to be a centre of excellence in the provision of specialist installer training to exacting accreditation standards

I would like to confirm our approval for SCS to carry out assessment and training. This will include all the Wetherby Systems currently being specified, and we are keen to work in partnership with SCS.
