Westgate Shopping Centre, Oxford
SCS Contract Scope:
Westgate Oxford is a retail and leisure destination attracting world class retailers and leisure facilities to the world renowned and historic City of Oxford. It is home to 800 000 sq. ft. of prestigious global brands, eclectic restaurants and cafes, a boutique cinema and sophisticated rooftop bars and dining.
SCS Contract Scope - Fermacell Partitions and Bulkheads, GRG Barrel Vault Ceiling, Burgess Metal Tile Ceilings.

Meadowhall Shopping Centre, Sheffield
SCS Contract Scope:
SCS worked on the £50m refurbishment of Meadowhall Shopping Centre, Sheffield for Laing O'Rourke.
We were assigned with Internal SFS, Suspended Ceilings and the Manufacturing and Installation of GRG in 3D Features, Circular Column Encasements, Ceiling Features and Shop Front Pilasters for all areas.

Victoria Gate, Leeds
SCS Contract Scope:
SCS completed works on the 42,000m² development of Retail and Leisure for the Victoria Gate centre in Leeds which will house a flagship 21,000m² John Lewis store along with an elegantly designed two-street arcade with 30 stores, restaurants, cafes and a casino.
SCS were assigned with installation of Internal SFS, Render, Partitions, Drylining, Suspended Ceilings GRG Shields and Fire Stopping.

SCS Contract Scope:
SCS played an integral part in the construction of this flagship shopping centre development for our client Laing O'Rourke.
We were involved from the start until completion, and our packages of work included:
- Temporary Hoardings to maintain public safety in this busy city centre location
- Steel Framing Systems
- Partitions, Dry Lining, Plastering & Rendering
- Ceilings & Bulkheads
- Bespoke GRG Architectural Features
- Plus many other incidental services required throughout this 2 year project

Following the successful centre opening last week I felt it only right to write and personally thank SCS for your monumental efforts on the project. You have played a key role through the construction, unit handovers and not least in the run-in to opening - your guys were working right up to the wire on additional last minute items. All this has been done in the spirit of collaboration and with a sense of pride. I would in particular single out Dave Millard as a key individual on the project, someone we could turn to and count on when faced with a challenge (and there were a few!). I hadn't worked with SCS before Trinity but would happily recommend you for any future project.
